Accounts are normally created through an invitation from your employer. You’ll receive an email with a link — follow it to complete sign-up. You can also sign in with Apple or Google.

Tap ”Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You’ll get an email with a link to choose a new password.

Check your spam folder. If the email is still missing, ask your employer to resend the invitation, or contact us at support@tacticlogistic.se.

Make sure you’re signed in with the right account and have an internet connection. Sign out and back in if the list looks out of date. If the problem persists, reach out to us.

You can delete your account directly in the app: open the Profile tab and tap Delete account. On the web the same option is under Settings. Your account and personal data are then permanently deleted.
